I have been attending the junior college for about three years now and have gone to counseling almost every semester.

Every semester, counselors kept giving me different classes to take in order to transfer and sometimes had to even have two counseling sessions a semester just to compare the two results.

On my last visit, (thinking I had all the requirements) the last counselor I saw (who was one of the counselors I saw several months back who said that I should be finished by now) all of a sudden said I needed two more classes.

I was appalled and it has now reached the point where I find that the counseling staff is indeed incompetent at what they do at this place. If they are doing this to me, I can only imagine what they put others through.

Is there any way I can pursue legal action for this? Any information would help. Thank you. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

No. Ultimately, you are responsible for seeing that you have taken the classes and credits necessary to complete your program.

Have you completed any type of checklist with the advisors, or do you have anything in writing?
