What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NH, I'm the legal guardian for my grandmother and she has trust issues. I'm asking if I could pay a family member out of her account to do what I would normally pay an outside agency? Light housekeeping, meals etc.

Does this family member have a license (i.e. CNA) and liability insurance (paid by her/himself)?
