My husbands grandmother is being exploited by her son (my husbands uncle).He comes to visit her and talks her into things.He had her add his name to her car title for example.The last time he visited,when he left my husband found out he had her add his name to a 12,000 CD she had in the bank.He cashed it in and was gone before it was diccovered.What can he do to stop this from happing again----is the anything he can do about the money he took?
