elder mom files false and gets custody

Please Help! I moved my family from out of state into
my mom’s home to care for her at her request. Now my
72 yr old mother has taken my home, has gotten custody
of my daughter, is withholding all my personal
property, she has filed false child abandonment &
Elder abuse charges(among other) against me, causing great
financial losses, Caused court fines, and unlawful
court orders against me, & the loss of my custodial
rights, and has gotten a restraining order preventing
any communications to my daughter as well as from
entering my residence. I have solid proof she had
planned this whole nightmare.
