What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida In a civil case a caregiver was sued for stealing a large amount of money. Judge ordered her to pay it back and put a restraining order on her so (his exact words) she couldnt exploit her further. My question is, can she still legally be a caregiver for other elderly people?

The answer is "maybe".

Was she found guilty of a crime?
