Help for Dad

My Father does not my brother as guardian, No one for that matter but I, daughter am listed on the Healthcare POA, as guardian should he need one. He decided this in 2003 when we did his healthcare poa. Brother is using Father's attorney. Is this legal? Brother has been doing lots of nasty things for his own benefit. Please help as they are planning to take hin to a guardianship meeting of somekind that they won't share with me. Tons of family discord over many decades. Please help. And how do you fire an attorney if you have not retained him?
