Financial Liability for Disabled Parent

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV
I have an estranged relationship with my sister and mother. My sister has asked for a quit claim deed on our mother's home so that it may be sold to cover health care costs. I'm willing to sign the quit claim to be released from the deed. But, what are my legal financial liabilities to my sister for my mother's healthcare?
