What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Though this question applies more to property law, I could not find a more suitable forum. Apologies if I have missed it.

I am trying to find where Joint Tenancy, and specifically, with rights of survivorship, is defined. I can only assume a joint tenancy is interchangeable with joint account as defined in Probate Code XI, correct or no? If so, was this decided in a case?

Thanks ahead of time for any help!
