Living Will

What is the name of your state? New York

In September 2005 I established a Living Will. What is the "Look BacK" time frame? I am in a quandry as to 3 or 5 years.What is the name of your state?

Huh? A living will covers directives about your treatment by healthcare providers if you are not capable of giving those directives yourself.

Since you mention look back, are you referring to a living trust? And Medicaid eligibility?

If you are, then a living trust does not do anything for you. Since a living trust is revocable, it is the same as if you owned the assets in the trust directly.
