What is the name of your state? Fl.
My father who is 85 moved to Florida from New Jersey about a year ago.
Before leaving N.J. he had his will made up by an attorney giving me power of attorney over all his assets and health care.
He also has a living will also from N.J.
What do we have to do to conform to Fl. law.
Thanks

Consult with an Atty in Fla who can tell you if the paperwork already done passes muster for Fla. as well. If not then have the paperwork drawn to conform to those standards.
