Poa

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan

He is POA over his mother. So I am assumming SHE is in default on a land contract. My question is**************..

Do I do a summons and complaint on her or him since he is the POA?

Going to need more information on this.
Who is "he"?
Who are you?
Why are you involved in this-how does it concern you-financially?
Are the people and the property all in Michigan?

Poa

My son owned the place. They sold it to "Ann" (an sick old lady) on a land contract. Her son "Ralph" is her POA. Ralph signed the land contract for her, he set up the whole deal. They moved the whole clan in grandkids and all.
Ralph got into legal trouble and took his mother and most of the family and left for Cal. Leaving one granddaughter in the house and her boyfriend and who ever else we are not sure. He is hiding and we can not get the proper address for him or his mother who is with him. The property is in Clare county Michigan.

Question one- who and how do we list as defendant in the summons?

Question two- how can we remove the granddaughter from the house as they are destroying it?

You would list Ann, as she is the owner. I am not commenting on the validity of your case.
