What is the name of your state? Kentucky

I have a civil suit going on and have a question. Can my Power of Attorney appear for me in this Pro Se case?

Is there any case law disputing or supporting this?

I travel so much and can hardly work in the motion hearings. Can anyone advise...

Thank you!

a POA does not give anyone the right to practice law which is what you're asking.
