my wife and i have DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY forms completed by an attorney in 1992. however, now we would like them modified to include an "alternate" (our daughter). can we use forms available on-line or must we have an attorney involved? if the on-line forms are acceptable, how must we proceed in order to make them acceptable, or "legal"?
