power of attorneyWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Iowa My mother was recently hospitalized for falling off a ladder. She suffered two broken legs as a result. A family member told my mother needed to sign over power of attorney in order to get FMLA paperwork from the doctors in Illinois. Is this true, in the state of Illinois does power of attorney need to be given over in order to receive FMLA paperwork? |
