What is the name of your state? Washington.

Hi, I have four questions related to power of attorney for a child care, during our 2 weeks absence from the US:

1. Is a power of attorney enough documentation to leave home prior to our leave to Europe for the grandparents to take care of oru daughter? basically the places where they would need it would be the doctor's office, pharmacies, anything related to her care.

2. Is it possible to leave one power of attorney for multiple persons? i.e. grandparents and 2 family friends?

3. Is it possible that both parents sign the same power of attorney or they need separate ones?

4. Does the power of attorney need to be notarized?

Thanks so much for your time and for any answers that might help me.

Julia
