How to I go about finding out? Are power of attorneys registered anyplace?
Whom do I need to contact to see if my mother has a power of attorney?

Hello,
Again I am from Pennsylvania. Thank you for your previous answer to my post.

In reference to your answer:

My mother wouldn't tell me if I ask because she wouldn't want to hurt feelings of my other two sibblings.
I think my sister may have power of attorney, but she wouldn't tell me if she did. That is why I am asking if it is recorded anyplace like the courthouse, etc and how I go about finding out without asking anyone in my family. Any more suggestions?
