hi, my husband is in jail right now and would like me to get power of attorney for him. he has a mental health evaluation coming up and would like me to be able to handle his affairs while he is in. we do not know how long he will be in for yet, or what his diagonsis will be. could you please let me know how i can go obtaining this for him? thank you.
