my uncle passed of whom I have been taking care of for the last 8 months .
and I just founded out that the man that live next door has a finacce only power of attorney. is there any thing that i can do to stop him from gettig the money from my uncals bank acct ?
he also had his name add to my uncles bank acct.
need know what and if there is any thing that i can do about this .

If the man has any financial assets, then you need to file for probate to be opened up for this man's estate or hire a probate attorney to do it. If you know of no assets, then forget about it.

The moment your uncle died, so did that POA. Did this neighbor add his name to the bank account using the POA or did your uncle add his name?
