Powers of Attorney & Living Wills

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Va

Looking to make up a will and power of attorney-living in northern,va- any suggestions for what i should be aware of when looking for a simple, but clear and concise will?

Have you checked your state statutes regarding will contruct?
