What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I am in Oklahoma

can you tell me the process to cancel the power of attorney that was filed in about 1989 or so in our state of Oklahoma?

thanks.,

Who are you in this? The person who granted the power of attorney can revoke it at any time. All they have to do is put whoever might know of the POA on notice (that is tell the person it was previously granted as well as anybody that the attorney-in-fact may be dealing with). You can also send the revocation into be recorded.
