revoking recovered adult guardianship

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OHIO-A 51 year old man was in an accident in 2005,lives in Ross county accident different county, was in coma for 3 months, doctors declared he would not live, walk or talk ever.Wife signed guardianship or power of attorney,he woke up,took therapy for 3 months and seems fine today except for scars.I have known him 40 years. He talks to me on the net,he has all his memory back, walks, can take care of himself. He stated he wants free of the wife-she refuses to even sleep with him.He has asked for a divorce and wanted it for two and a half years and states he has been recovered fully for over 3 years. He said she states she cannot grant it because of the guardianship, which she either cannot or will not try to get out of.There are photos of him on MySpace of him on his motorcycle that are current. He put up web pages for his friends. It is like the wreck never happened. How can he help himself if she controls where he goes ,everything including cash and refuses to try to change it or see if it can be done.He needs to know what forms he needs, where to get them, costs and steps to take.Who should he talk to? In what order? Is it possible to break her legal hold since his mind is intact and he seems physically fine..Doctors seem to claim permanent brain injury but if he has it he does not seem to be effected by it.His friends remarked on web how he was fully himself again. You can view his profile and photos on MySpace.com He is Lone Wolf Bear and see for yourself what I mean and how far he has recovered. thanks

Such statement as you did here almost makes no sense .what we could do is just to viwe it as an uncertain case according to the stuffs you provided here , such as his friends or relatives s description and his pictures on motorcycle etc.

What's stopping him from getting his own attorney?
