What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania
My grandmother is 80 years old and suffers from fast advancing alzheimers. She has two adult children, my mother who is POA and cares for 90% of the time, and a son.
There are many issues that are being argued back and forth between them regarding my grandmother's care and her estate/will. Each has a different opinion on everything, and both want to be in control, but neither is putting my grandmothers best interest first.
I was wondering if there was a way that I would be able to obtain legal custody of my grandmother and all of her needs, medically and financially, and override the both of them.
Any advice or guidance regarding my rights and my grandmother's is appreciated.
