My Grandmother and I live in OHIO and she needed help because everyone is way busy to attend to the amount of help that she needs. So we found her a State funded assistant, such a nice and caring lady, however, it has been brought to my attention that her bank account has been (all but .58 cents) drained.

All checks have been made either out to her (the Assistant)or out to cash, totaling into the thousands of dollars within the last three months.

I was just wondering, what kind of action should we be taking at this point? Are there certain types of attorneys which specialize in such a field?

Thank you in advance for any information or pointers in advance.
