Violent brother back in town

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

My mother is terminally ill and is at home under the care of hospice. My father has advanced dementia. My sister lives in the basement with them, and I live in my own apartment a few miles away. My brother lives in Florida and came back recently to see mom, supposedly. While he was here, he physically threatened me, threatened to kill my fiance and charged $1000 on Dad's credit card. Initially, he said mom said he could, but I asked, and she didn't. I have healthcare proxy and POA. Do I have any legal means of keeping him out of the house? He has a criminal record in several states and a history of violence and theft.
