Asbestos Settlement Court Record

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Maryland

How do I get a copy of my father's asbestos case settlement? My brother is executor and says we never received any money. Should any settlement money been included in the probate records?

Can you request a copy of the settlement from the court? I called my father's lawyer and he told me to contact my brother who doesn't tell me anything.
