County road

What is the name of your state (Arkansas)?
I live on a county road that was paved 20 years ago to keep the dirt down because of a rock crusher that is below us.And average of 50 trucks in and out all day plus other traffic. The road is tore up and the dirt so bad no one can stand to be out side. The county judge says there is nothing he can do about it.Is there any one we can go to in the state to resolve this problem? What is the name of your state (Arkansas)?

Call the county/state road department, not the judge.

A county judge in Arkansas is an executive position similar to a commissioner.

Yes it does.

And he said they finally got rid of that one guy who complained about everything...including being hung with a new rope!
