What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? tennessee

I have just recently been made aware of a lady in my neighborhood who is operating a printing company out of a shed in her backyard in which they use and store hazardous chemicals. I also know that they are not disposing of the chemicals and their containers properly (they are just putting them in the trash and taking the trash to the local dump). The chemical smell is so strong, you can smell it as soon as you step on the property. The people in the communilty feel that this is a health hazard and would like to know what we can do to shut down the business.

Call the EPA, the state health department, and the local zoning department and explain to them the problem. Each of them may have a concern about at least one aspect of what she is doing.
