illegal act

What is the name of your state? tx
i was asked to work on a well that was a permitted producing well that was being iinjected into by disposing of saltwater.that is illegal because in order to inject or dispose saltwater into a well it has to be permitted for injection and it is not.

So have your reported this “illegal” act? The Texas Railroad Commission (877-228-5740) would be good place to start.
