Welding fumes exposure

What is the name of your state? Illinois
About 5 or so years ago I heard about a nationwide lawsuit on behalf of welders who have been exposed to welding fumes for 10 or more years. Does anyone know where I can find informaton on this?

Nothing can be that generic. Was it against a particular manufacturer of welding supplies? was it against a particular product? were the welders working for a particular company? What entity represents the welders?

Take this situation: you work for a company that offers state-of-the-art ventillation systems, gives its welders good training, and provides them with all needed personal protective equipment. What would they sue for, even if used the most hazardous supplies?

Dont waste your time unl;ess you attribute a particular health condition to a specifi product.
