What Asbestos?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois

The employer knowingly hides the fact that employees are working in extremely high levels of airborne asbestos fibers for as long as seven years!
This concentration of asbestos is in company spaces.
Here's my question: Has a crime been committed?
If so, what course of action should the employees take?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
