Wisconsin Open Container Law!!!

My name is Brandon Felce and my state is Wisconsin!

Well, I was at a party and me being 22 I am old enough to drink!!! Me being the "smart" person I am not, I called one of my under age friends to drive me home fromt the party. After another one of my friends was arrested for stealing kwik trip taquito's, my driver that I called, was charged with MY open container in MY car that she was driving becasue I called HER to drive me home!!!! The open container was a bottle of Southern Comfort that had a bar stop on it (dispenses exactly one shot). I put the stop on it and had forgotten to replace the cap wich I had in my pocket at the time of the ticket issueing. If ANYBODY has any help to get my friend that I called to give me a ride because I was drinking and she got the ticket, any help PLEASE LET ME KNOW A.S.A.P!!!!!

Thank You,
Brandon Felce

2 things. First, what does this have to do with environmental and toxic torts? Second, The operator of a motor vehicle is liable for the passengers and contents of the vehicle. You can do the right thing and pay the ticket for her.
