THIS IS MY QUESTION, WE ARE IN CALIF. MY GRANDAUGHTER IS 16 AND NEITHER PARENT CAN OR WILL TAKE CARE OF HER. SHE WANTS TO LIVE WITH ME(HER GRANDMOTHER). WHERE CAN I GO FOR SOME EMERGENCY AID FOR HER? AND WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IN ORDER TO GET THIS? THANK YOU
