My fiance just got ordered to take a paternity test. He and the girl were together two years ago. They had a one night stand., she ended up pregnant. She just ordered a paternity test after two years. The results came back that he is the father. We are now back together with a 5 month old of our own. We will be getting married in April. He has never seen the child that he had to determinr paternity for. What kinds of rights/visitation/custody will he have. We are waiting on a court date for child support. Will they give him his visitation rights the same day?
