| I forgot to add that I filed in Florida. The father is stationed in Virginia on a ship. I am on shore(land) duty. Also, is it good to use the lawyer that the state will provide for me or use a military lawyer. I can't afford to pay for a lawyer. Please help... |

| The state will not provide an attorney for a custody case, only criminal. If you can not afford an attorney, then you have to use the military lawyer. |
