I am drowning in a sea of desperation and confusion as a result of my wife's determination to destroy my personal and professional life during our divorce. As a result of her withdrawing 20,000.00 from my corporate account, severing my credit lines with vendors, insisting on our children's involvement in our problems, secretly obtaining legal advice on dos and donts in divorce and corporate law, I am being stripped of everything I have worked so hard for. Bankrupcies and foreclosures are the least of my worries at this point. I still have several valuable assets, but I can't liquidate them at this point because of her co ownership of them. Is there any hope of finding representation on a contingency (a percentage of the value of assets that I am entitled to at which point our community property is ordered to be divided), and who can keenly approach both the divorce issues as well as corporate debt issues. There are lots of details that I could't squeeze into this small box, but if anyone finds they can advise me, I believe they will agree that I am being eaten up. PLEASE HELP

My response:

Call your State Bar Association to obtain referrals to a Family Law specialist. Get a very low cost consultation, along with an estimate for representatation.
