Alienation of affection

I live in Michigan and my husband has admitted an ongoig affair with his executive assistant. I would like to know if Michigan allows me to sue her for Alienation of affection. I also have demanded that my husband fire her from her position and also her employment with the company. I would like to know is she would be able to sue my husband and his company for the firing because she still performs all the tasks that are related to her employment. Thank you so very muuch for any information that you may be able to offer me on these subjects.
