I have been married for 36 years to a man that is retired military and works presently. I need to know if I get a divorce if I can get half of his retirement pay and get to keep Champus medical benefits. I live in Florida but I don't think that matters for this question. Also, what kind of alimony could I get from his present job and do I get part of the retirement savings we have. He has never allowed me to work outside the home so I don't have qualifications to get and keep a job.
