Question
Divorced in N. Carolina in 1994 with alimony payments issued to ex-wife. Went back to court in 1997 ordered to continue payments until 2002. If cohabitation can be proved, can alimony be terminated. Both parties are now out of state. Can I have the case transferred to KY where I now live?
