| My ex has visitation with our 4 yr old daughter once a month. He lives in SC and we live in NC. He lives with his father and uncle in a 3 bedroom house and when she is there she has to share a room and a bed with her father. Is there a law that says that she has to have her own room? And can I require proof that she does before she goes to visit again?? ------------------ K.B. |

| There is no law (that I know of) that would force him to put a 4 year old in her own room. |
