annulment in the state of Missouri

I was married in Ark on June 17, my husband and I moved to Denver on Aug1, he is going to school there(temporary address)(MO is perm address) after 1 1/2 of living in Denver, he told me he resented my daughter and never wanted children in the first place, it was a completely different story BEFORE we were married. We haven't even been married 4 mo, can I get an annulment in MO, I left him two days ago and moved back to MO. He is filing for a divorce in CO, how can he get a divorce in Co when he is using CO as a temporary address? Can I possibly get an annulment on the grounds of FRAUD?
