How do go about stopping of a reversal of an appeal? What is the difference between a judge and a magistrates decision? Is it in your best interest to appeal a decsion? We live in the state of Ohio and the magistrate decided to limit visitation and no drinking of alcholic beverages in front of the child for his father. His father is appealing on the decision based on limited testimony, the magistate talked with our son and his father admitted in court that he drinks and drives with the child in the car (he has one DUI with the child in the car.) How can I keep my child safe in this instance?
