| My ex husband & I purchased him a 1999 truck while we were married but then he decided to walk out 6 mths after the purchase was made. In the divorce, I took over responbility of my automobile & he was suppose to pay for the truck since he kept it. The Problem is that he doesn't pay for it as he should & my credit is being destroyed as a result. How can I take care of this problem legally? |

Please, don't tell me there are no court orders concerning property division and rights . . .
