Just recently, I filed an OSC in Northern California's Family Court System as, "In Pro Per." However, my previous attorney is still retained. How do I release him. What is the procedure, i.e., letter, a court form, etc...? How do I get him to turn over all my related case files? How much time does my attorney have in responding to the release procedure? What if he doesn't respond? What will the court do should this happen? In other words, will the court hear my case?
