I got divorced in AZ July 2000. It went to trial, and I have a minute entry in which the judge ordered the marriage dissolved. The respondent's attorney offered to prepare the final decree. He won't do it. After several attempts, he submitted an order that had provisions which weren't agreed to or orded at the hearing. Now, my attorney has prepared the order but the respondent's attorney wont sign it. My attorney tells me there is NOTHING that can be done to get the decree signed. My questions are:1. Am I still married since the minute entry from the jugde dissolves the marriage; 2. What, if anything, can I do to get these attorneys off there duffs and get my final decree filed; and 3. How can I prevent the inclusion of added provisions in the final decree. I need help, and my attorney isn't helping me!!!
