i live in new jersey. two years ago my father was moved from his home in south carolina to north carolina, by his sister. eight months ago my aunt got power of attorney, without my family knoweldege, and put him in a nursing home. we was in contact with her all the time, we did not know what was going on. she had been very hostile, she refuse to turn over power of attorney to his children. she refused to hand over our mother deceased property that was in the house. also there was property in the house that belong to my sister, brother and myself. is there anything we could do, about reversing the power of attorney and getting back the property that was in the house that belong to us.

Get an attorney and go to court..
