The last time i wrote i forgot to put in my state. I live in Oregon. Now the reason i haven't seen the kids in four years is because the father and new mother wont allow it. The real mother has moved away and had abandoned them. She does not want to see them so has not filed for visitation. How can i get in touch with the kids to let them know i love them if the parents wont allow me to see or even talk to them? If i find their school will i be able to leave them a letter or not? Besides taking them to court what other choice do i have? We do not have the funds to go through a court battle. If you have any advice please help.

Without court, and without the parents consent, you have no options.

All you can do, is to write to one of the other relatives and ask them to pass on your request.
