How can I legally avoid being subpeoned as
a witness in a divorce case? If I do get served a subpeona how can I avoid appearing
in court? My only ideas are getting a note
from my psychiatrist saying due to my anxiety
and depression it would be detrimental to my
health. Any suggestions before I run away?
