I live in Ohio and currently my ex-husband I have a shared parenting agreement, but I am listed as the residential parent. My son wants to live with his dad to attend school where he lives. I agree with this, as I think a change would be good for him. Do we have to go back to court to change the custody papers or can we just draw up an agreement ourselves and have it notorized. I am really just concerned that the school will not let him attend, since the papers state that I am the residental parent.
