My husband in arrears of over $30,000 (Interest included). His court ordered amount of child support is $300.00 a month. Because of the arrearage, the Attorney General's office added $200.00. Before they added that on, he was sent an Administrative Writ informing him that they will do this. Now a year later, his income has not changed, the balance of his arrearage is still growing and we just found out that they added another $50.00 in addition to the $200.00 for the arrearage. But this time there was no document stating that they will do this. They just started taking it out of his check. Shouldn't he have received notice? and why would the attorney general's office do that? and what action should he take for them not notifying him?

Please help!!
