| my husband passed away back in dec. We had been seperated for nearly two yrs. I had paid for the divorce, it never went to court because of my lawyer. Anyway, i knew he was dying, i felt obligated to visit him, on behalf of our small children. Now his family has given all of the bill collectors my add. and ph # to send me all of his unpaid bills. So, now you're on the hook, unless your bills, and his bills, together, are so inundating that you'd be better off filing bankruptcy.
